- 1Resume & Profile Building
Your dedicated career counsellor works with you to build a resume from scratch using proven templates and structures that pass both ATS filters and human screening. Your LinkedIn and GitHub are also reviewed and optimised as part of this process.
- 2Mock HR Interview Preparation
Before any company introductions, you complete structured mock HR rounds with an experienced recruiter. You practise compensation negotiation, answering behavioural questions, and presenting your background compellingly.
- 3Role & Company Matching
Your counsellor reviews your skills, projects, and preferences and identifies 5–8 companies from the tie-up network that are a strong match. This is not a bulk send — each application is tailored to the company and role.
- 4Direct Recruiter Referrals
For tie-up companies, your profile is submitted directly to the HR or tech lead contact — not through a generic application portal. This significantly increases response rates and shortlisting probability.
- 5Interview Coordination
Your counsellor manages communication with companies, coordinates interview scheduling, and keeps you briefed on each round — what to expect, who you'll meet, and how to prepare specifically for that company's interview style.
- 6Offer Negotiation Support
Once you receive an offer, your counsellor helps you evaluate it against market benchmarks and coaches you through negotiation. Many students increase their initial offers by 10–20% with this support.
