Before any company introductions, you complete structured mock HR rounds with an experienced recruiter. You practise compensation negotiation, answering behavioural questions, and presenting your background compellingly.
Your counsellor reviews your skills, projects, and preferences and identifies 5–8 companies from the tie-up network that are a strong match. This is not a bulk send — each application is tailored to the company and role.
